Objectives 

• develop and demonstrate a basic set of skills in using technology to create materials for the World Wide Web
• develop and demonstrate a basic set of skills in using electronic communication (e-mail, listservs, chat rooms, computer conferencing).
• develop a broad understanding of the issues involved in bringing technology into a learning environment.
• develop a broad understanding of the curricular, leadership, social, legal, and ethical issues involved in supporting and sustaining the use of technology in learning.
• develop a personal philosophy for implementing, supporting, and sustaining the use of technology in learning.
