Reserving a room for a special instructional or non-instructional event

(Please note: The ILC is not available for Sunday events)

To reserve ILC rooms and equipment for a special event, please complete the two steps listed below.

Step 1: Reserve your room through the Room and Course Scheduling website.
Step 2: Reserve any needed equipment by calling Equipment Services at 621-3852 for a single event, or fill out a multiple-event form by visiting their website at http://www.uaav.arizona.edu/orderinfo.html

Please remember:

A department that has reserved any ILC classroom is financially responsible for any theft, loss, or damage of ILC equipment or facilities that results from your event.

You will also be asked to help us keep the ILC clean by cleaning up after your event.
This includes removal of all catering items.

The following polices govern the use of the ILC facilities including the instructional spaces, courtyard, arcades, public restrooms, and interior courtyards.
