All classes taught in the ILC are scheduled through Room and Course Scheduling.  You should have your departmental representative schedule classes for you in the ILC.  If you are not sure who your representative is, call Room and Course Scheduling at 621-3313.

If you would like to schedule a room in the ILC for an event outside of your regularly scheduled class hours, click here for more information.

UTC Equipment Services:
Hours of Service:
Mondaty-Thursday 8AM to 9:30PM
Friday 8AM to 8PM
Saturday 8AM to 5PM

Please call Equipment Services for after-hours charges for Saturday or Sunday.

Scheduling a room for training/demonstrations:
Equipment Services has many classrooms schedules out of the week prior to the fall and spring semesters for training/demonstrations. Call 621-3852 to schedule a time.

If you need training/demonstration at any other time, please call Room Scheduling at 621-3313 to book the room that you need. Please only book the room between 8-3, M-F. Then call Equipment Services after you have confirmation from Room Scheduling for the room so that we can schedule a technician to meet you.

Although the time slots allotted on each day will, for the most part, follow the standard university pattern between 8:00am and 5:00pm (i.e. 50 minute periods beginning on the hour on MWF and 75 minute periods beginning at 8:00am on TTh), we encourage you to be flexible and creative in thinking of when you can teach your class.

For example, if you teach a large lecture class that usually meets all together for 50 minute periods on MW, consider having it meet for two 50 minute periods on TTh; break-out sections can still meet on any other days of the week. Or think about teaching earlier in the morning or later in the day than you usually do. In general, the more latitude you can give Room and Course Scheduling in scheduling your course, the more likely you are to be able to teach in the ILC.

Please understand that you do not have to be a master of technology in order to teach in the ILC! For more on teaching and technology in the ILC, see the Technology Information page.
